Upstream Works Software Expands with New Office in Europe

Upstream Works strengthens European market presence to meet international demand for its products and services

VAUGHAN, ON--(Marketwired - December 13, 2016) - Upstream Works Software, Ltd., a provider of Omnichannel Contact Center solutions, today announced expansion plans with the opening of its new European office in UK and the appointment of seasoned industry professional Andy McDonald as VP and GM of EMEA. The expansion is part of a strategic initiative to better serve growing demand in the region for best-in-class communication solutions.

A seasoned sales leader, McDonald has a wealth of experience driving innovative customer contact strategies to deliver real business value across the enterprise. He brings more than 15 years of industry experience to Upstream Works, having a deep understanding customer experience platforms and digital engagement programs for the customer service journey. McDonald previously held senior roles at Avaya, Inc., Nice Systems, and more recently served as VP EMEA at eGain Corporation.
