ST. MARTIN, GUERNSEY--(Marketwire - September 23, 2009) - On 18 September 2009, the Company received notification from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. ("GS") that on 30 June 2009, completion occurred of the acquisition by Goldman Sachs Group Holdings (U.K.) of the entire issued share capital of Nufcor International Limited ("NIL"), which is the direct holder of 3,300,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 8.00% of the total voting rights, and an option entitling the holder to acquire 2,475,000 new shares of the Company, representing 5.66% of the enlarged total voting rights. Goldman Sachs Group Holdings (U.K.) is an indirect controlled undertaking of GS.
As at 23 September 2009, there are a total of 41,250,000 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury, therefore there are a total of 41,250,000 voting rights in the Company.
