Uranium Bay Resources Inc. Not to Force the Exercise of Warrants

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 4, 2007) - URANIUM BAY RESOURCES INC. (TSX VENTURE:UBR) announces that its Board of Directors has resolved to not force the exercise of the warrants issued in connection with the private placement closed on April 4, 2007 and whose expiry date is April 4, 2008.

Therefore, the Company renounces to its rights stemming from the subscription agreement executed by the subscribers entitling the Company to cancel the warrants or have them exercised by a person designated by it in the case such warrants should not be exercised after the share price of the Company has closed above $0.30 for a ten-day period.
