Uranium Participation Corporation (TSX:U) ("Uranium Corp") reports its net asset value at December 31, 2010 was CDN$852,889,000 or CDN$8.02 per share. On a fully diluted basis, after assuming the exercise of outstanding stock options, net asset value per share was CDN$8.00.
