Urbana Corporation's Investment, Radar Capital Inc., Signs LOI With Focused Capital Corp.

Urbana Corporation ("Urbana") (TSX:URB)(TSX:URB.A)(CSE:URB)(CSE:URB.A) is pleased to announce that Radar Capital Inc. ("Radar"), a private equity firm in which Urbana has 50% interest, has signed a non-binding letter of intent, to be acquired by Focused Capital Corp. ("Focused") (TSX VENTURE:FLO.P), a capital pool company controlled by Dundee Corporation ("Dundee"). (Press Release June 8^th, 2015)
