URSA Major Minerals Appoints Chai Sung-keun to Board of Directors

URSA Major Minerals Incorporated (URSA Major)(TSX VENTURE:UMJ) reports that Mr. Chai Sung-keun is being appointed to the Company's board of directors. Mr. Chai is the Chief Operating Officer of KORES Canada, a subsidiary of Korea Resources Corporation (KORES).

URSA Major recently announced the formation of a strategic alliance with KORES to identify and acquire significant advanced base metal exploration projects for exploration and development. Mr. Chai will serve as KORES' representative on URSA Major's board. He brings considerable experience as a mining engineer and has over 20 years of international experience with KORES' overseas development team.

URSA Major announces that a total of up to 700,000 options to acquire shares at a price of $0.85 are being granted to 5 directors, one officer and consultants. The option grants will have up to a five year term and are subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. URSA Major has 24,394,429 shares outstanding.
