U.S. BioDefense Announces Share Distribution for Subsidiary Spin Out

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA--(Marketwire - August 28, 2007) - U.S. BioDefense, Inc. (OTCBB: UBDE) today announces that is has filed an information statement on Schedule 14C to formally announce that all shareholders of record as of date of September 7, 2007 will receive a dividend share distribution of Emergency Disaster Systems, Inc. U.S. BioDefense shareholders will receive 1 share of EDS for every 100 shares of U.S. BioDefense. The actions were approved by the Board of Directors and are expected to be ratified by the majority shareholder on or before September 27, 2007.

On July 31, 2007 the company announced that it planned to file Form SB-2 Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission to distribute shares of common stock of Emergency Disaster Systems and it would apply to be listed on the OTCBB.
