U.S. BioDefense Files Definitive Schedule 14C and Confirms Dividend Share Distribution of EDS Shares

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA--(Marketwire - September 7, 2007) - U.S. BioDefense, Inc. (OTCBB: UBDE) announces today that the company has filed a definitive schedule 14c and confirms all shareholders of record as of September 7, 2007 will receive a dividend share distribution of Emergency Disaster Systems, Inc.

U.S. BioDefense shareholders will receive one (1) share of EDS for every hundred (100) shares of U.S. BioDefense. The actions were approved by the Board of Directors and are expected to be ratified by the majority shareholder on or before September 27, 2007.
