U.S. Chamber Foundation to Co-Host Memphis Better Health Through Economic Opportunity Forum

Event to Focus on Business Involvement in Community Wellness and Workplace Wellness

WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - November 10, 2015) - The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation (USCCF), in conjunction with the Greater Memphis Chamber of Commerce, the University of Memphis, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), will host the Better Health Through Economic Opportunity Forum in Memphis, Tennessee.

The forum -- the fifth in a ten-city, two-year campaign developed by the USCCF in partnership with the RWJF -- will focus on the influence of local and regional businesses to empower healthier individuals and communities through the areas of education, employment, and income. Regional business leaders, industry experts, and elected officials will gather to discuss and explore the best ways to secure and enhance Tennessee's future, both nationally and globally.
