US Energy Initiaitves Ships Systems Under International Letter of Credit and Announces Grand Opening of 13,000 Square Foot Facility

TAMPA, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 5, 2007 -- US Energy Initiatives Corporation (OTCBB: USEI) ("US Energy" or the "Company") today reported the Company has shipped the first ten dual-fuel systems under an international letter of credit for system sales in Thailand. The Company also announced the grand opening of its new facility in Tampa, Florida. US Energy is an ISO-9001 Certified manufacturer of a patent dual-fuel diesel to natural gas technology.

The dual fuel systems shipped will be received and installed by a taxi company with over 3,800 fleet vehicles. The client will evaluate the ten systems and upon acceptance, intends to roll-out the Company's dual-fuel system on a fleet-wide basis. The terms of the international letter of credit allow the Company to draw down the funds forty-eight hours following shipment. The international letter of credit is the means used by the Company to ensure payment of systems shipped to locations outside the Continental United States.

The Company's former Tampa, Florida manufacturing facility had only 10,000 square feet which didn't provide any room for expansion. The Company also maintained office space in a separate location which housed the Company's corporate offices. The Company's new facility is over 13,000 square feet allowing for expansion of its manufacturing capability as well as now housing the corporate offices in the same location. In the course of moving to its new location, the Company delayed the filing of its annual report now scheduled for filing on or about the 15th of April. The Company's new facilities are located at 12812 Dupont Circle, Tampa, Florida and the new phone number is (813)-749-8785. The Company also maintains a 10,000 square foot development facility in PeachTree City, Georgia.

"We are pleased to have completed our move without missing any production time," said USEI CEO Phil Rappa. "The new facility is centrally located in the Tampa, Florida market and provides room to house our corporate offices as well as room to expand as our business continues to grow. We are excited to launch our international sales program with the shipment of the first ten systems and activate use of the international line of credit. Ensuring we receive prompt payment for our foreign sales is key to our future success," concluded Mr. Rappa.
