US Farms, Inc. Announces Cold Snaps Not Affecting 2007 Revenue Projections

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 22, 2007 -- US Farms, Inc. (OTCBB: USFI) announced today that the cold snaps of last week will not effect the 2007 revenue projections that the company released earlier this month. Our farming operations in the Imperial Valley did receive minor damage to our Aloe Vera production from the 100 year record lows that were recently experienced. The company's Nursery operations in North Country San Diego were not harmed in any way.

US Farms, Inc. President Yan K. Skwara stated, "With the recent cold weather we have experienced, we are very fortunate to have as minor damage as we do. Many farmers in the same area as we farm, have lost thier entire crops. We only had a small amount of damage on our Aloe Vera fields and no damage to our Asparagus crop. It is very unfortunate to have this happen to the Ag industry as a whole. Many family farms have been completely wiped out and wish every farming group affected by these past cold weather conditions a speedy financial recovery."
