US Farms, Inc. Announces Construction for Two Acre Shade House Nursery Facility in Southern California

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 14, 2007 -- US Farms, Inc. (OTCBB: USFI), a commercial Farming and Nursery Company announced today that it has initiated construction of a full scale two-acre Shade House Facility at its newly leased out fourteen acre Nursery Facility in Rainbow, CA to complement its existing Nursery business. This brand new Shade House Facility will accommodate a wide range of plants and trees but will be primarily dedicated long term to growing of the Jade Plant. Total cash investment into this facility will be approximately $200,000. Construction is slated to be complete by the end of March 2007.

Yan K. Skwara, President of US Farms, Inc. stated, "We are very excited about this new Shade House facility that is currently under construction. We have hired Shade House 2000 Inc. as the builder and designer of this facility as they are a national leader in Shade House construction. Once completed (estimated to be done by the end of this month), this new facility can immediately begin to generate revenues. For a small investment, we are creating a cash machine that will drive revenue.

Skwara continued, "As we previously announced, we have projected the overall revenues of US Farms, Inc. in the range of approximately $12,400,000 for 2007 as our business continues to grow. We continue to remain confident and comfortable with our financial timelines. The construction of our New Shade House facility allows us to execute on the Nursery side of our projections as our wholly owned subsidiary, American Nursery Exchange (ANE) will be taking advantage of this newly constructed facility to initially house and grow Palm Trees, Cycads and Jade. We feel very strongly that there is a significant shortage of the Jade plant itself in the US, which in turn creates a supply and demand scenario. With US Farms, Inc. having the necessary supply for this demand, this can translate into a very profitable growing opportunity for the company. By constructing this particular facility and dedicating the facility to Jade production, we will immediately become one of the largest growers of Jade in the entire United States. We believe this will translate into a very nice revenue stream for our company both short term and long term."
