US Farms, Inc. Announces Establishment of California Produce Exchange Subsidiary

SAN DIEGO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 19, 2006 -- US Farms, Inc. (OTCBB: USFI) announced today it has established a wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to becoming a leading supplier of produce in California. The wholly owned subsidiary has been named California Produce Exchange, Inc. (CPE) and already has been fully registered with the State of California.

Several months ago, US Farms, Inc. management began discussing the need to establish a full service produce company. The company will utilize its contacts in its current agriculture business to begin building its fresh market Produce business. The company's management believes this produce exchange operation will be the fastest growing segment of its business in 2007. California Produce Exchange (CPE), through a contract growing agreement, will be one of the largest domestic growers of Asparagus in Q1-2007.
