The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers -- New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Ecological and Timber Inventory at Ball Mountain Lake and Townshend Lake, VT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials and equipment to inventory approximately 1010 acres at Townshend and approximately 969 acres at Ball Mountain.

This solicitation will be available on or about 29 July 2015. NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS RELEASED. The solicitation will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and quote mark register now quote mark under Vendor/Citizens). Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list.

This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 115310 with a Small Business Size Standard of $7.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
