US Federal Contractor Registration is reporting the release of the Lighting Installation Solicitation for HUBZone Vendors in Illinois posted to FedBizOpps (FBO) on June 22, 2015. Lighting Installation Solicitation for HUBZone Vendors currently has a response date set for June 30, 2015. Every business interested in bidding on the Lighting Installation Solicitation for HUBZone Vendors must be properly registered in the SAM Registration, as well as have the North American Industry Classification System codes 238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors, and 238 - Specialty Trade Contractors filed in their SAM account/vendor profile.

This is a sources sought announcement seeking only HUBZone Small business responses in order to determine available HUBZone Small business participation in this acquisition. This is not a request for quotation (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. This synopsis is issued for the sole purpose of conducting market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This request for information shall not be considered as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210 Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation, with a size standard of $15.0 million or less.

The 182 Airlift Wing, Illinois Air National Guard, Peoria, IL is conducting market research based on the following statement of work. The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to: Remove and Replace Interior and Exterior Light Fixtures.

Responses submitted should include (1) name and address of firm, phone/fax numbers, email address and point of contact; (2) DUNS Number and/or CAGE Code, if available; (3) type of small business, e.g., woman-owned, service-disabled veteran owned, small disadvantaged, hub-zone, etc.; (4) firm's experience; and (5) firm's past performance with federal, state and local government agencies and/or commercial entities within the last three (3) years.
