FEMA Plans to Award a Commercial, Firm Fixed-Price Contract


WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - September 10, 2015) - The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is looking to hire a company to install energy-saving projects at the Center for Domestic Preparedness in Anniston, Ala.

This acquisition is 100% small business, so interested bidders must have fewer than 500 employees. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 561210.

FEMA will base its evaluation of proposals -- and decision -- on price. All proposals must include company name, company DUNS number, and point of contact information. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) do not apply to this acquisition.

FEMA intends the period of performance to begin 60 days after award date.
