US Federal Contractor Registration is reporting the release of the Network Equipment Solicitation in California posted to FedBizOpps (FBO) on July 23, 2015. The official response date for the Network Equipment Solicitation is July 27, 2015. Every business interested in bidding on the Network Equipment Solicitation must be properly registered in the SAM Registration, as well as have the North American Industry Classification System codes 334 -- Computer and Electronic Product Manufacturing/, and 334210 -- Telephone Apparatus Manufacturing filed in their SAM account/vendor profile.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement is the only solicitation, therefore quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N64267-15-T-0245 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is a firm-fixed price and is solicited as a total set-aside small business competitive requirement. This is an all-or-nothing requirement. Partial quotes will be deemed unresponsive and will not be evaluated. The Government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed in the scope of work.
