TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - July 14, 2009) - US Financial 15 Split Corp. ("the Company") announces today it has added CME Group Inc., State Street Corp., Regions Financial and Bank of New York Mellon to its 15 core holdings as replacements for Merrill Lynch Inc., Wachovia Corporation, Washington Mutual Inc. and American International Group. It is expected that these four companies will provide further diversification to the other 11 core names in the portfolio.

The CME Group is a grouping of three exchanges which include CME, CBOT, and NYMEX. CME Group allows market participants the opportunity to trade futures and options on a broad range of asset classes including interest rates, commodities, currencies, indices, real estate, weather, metals, economic events and single stocks. Along with their U.S. operations, CME Group has locations across the globe to serve its international customers.

State Street Corp. is a financial holding company that has been in existence for over 200 years and provides a broad range of services primarily to institutional investors.
