US National Telecom (USNT) -- Formerly (YIWA) Expands Worldwide 800 Number Offering; 3-for-1 Dividend

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - November 20, 2007) - US National Telecom (PINKSHEETS: USNT), formerly (YIWA), a leader in wholesale VoIP telecom, is expanding its toll free number offering. On the corporate level, USNT will be distributing its first dividend, a 3-for-1 stock dividend which is subject to final approval by the NASD.

The USNT Vitelity subsidiary provides and services more than 31,000 toll free numbers in the USA and Canada, and is expanding to provide international toll free numbers. Toll free numbers are provided for a monthly fixed fee plus a per-minute charge of less than three cents per minute. The high demand for toll free numbers has allowed Vitelity to now offer toll free numbers worldwide.

Toll free numbers are growing in popularity in the small business and the home-based business market. Toll free numbers can be ordered online at Vitelity's website and activated within one minute. The toll free number can be forwarded to any other number in the world. Businesses use toll free numbers to encourage customers to call without charge, and to provide a telephone number that does not reveal a specific geographic location. Vitelity toll free numbers can be called from all 50 states and Canada and the call can be forwarded to any number in the world.

Vitelity will also offer international toll free numbers from nine other countries, so that customers in those countries can make a no-cost telephone call to any other telephone in the world.

The Company expects greater success as it markets these toll free numbers worldwide, under the name OneWorld FreeCall. Using Vitelity's VoIP technology, any company in the world can now have a USA or Canada toll free number and have it ring anywhere in the world.
