U.S. RE Securities, LLC Names Michael Sista Vice President

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 2, 2007 -- Michael Sista, a 20-year veteran of the financial markets, has been named Vice President of U.S. RE Securities, LLC, Peter Rawlings, Chairman and CEO, announced. U.S. RE Securities is the investment banking arm of U.S. RE Companies, Inc., the international financial services and reinsurance brokerage firm.

He comes to U.S. RE Securities from Dinosaur Securities where he was responsible for structured financing and trading asset-backed securities along with other financial instruments.

Earlier, at CDC IXIS he managed a $5 billion investment portfolio of asset-backed and collateralized debt obligations. In the mid nineties while at the Bank of Nova Scotia, he facilitated issuance of billions in structured government and U.S. Agency notes.

Sista began his career at Bankers Trust. He holds an MBA in finance and accounting from Fordham University and a BS in engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He also holds the designation, Certified Financial Planner.
