Edwin Sauls Joins Renewable Energy and Water's (REW) Board of Advisors

MERRITT ISLAND, FL--(Marketwire - December 7, 2010) - USA Signal Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: USST) ("USST") today announces that Edwin Sauls has joined Renewable Energy and Water's Board of Advisors. REW is a wholly-owned subsidiary of USST.

Sauls is a leading consultant for project entitlement and permitting throughout the State of California. As an expert on these matters, he has served as a member of the Advisory Committee to the White House Office on Environmental Policy on Ecosystem Management. He has also served on advisory committees to City and County agencies including Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plans in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
