USA Signal Technology, Inc. (USST.PK) Announces New Management and New Focus on the Renewable Energy and Water Reclamation Industries

Holding Company's New Business Direction Is Formally Announced Today

MERRITT ISLAND, FL--(Marketwire - September 27, 2010) -  USA Signal Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: USST), ("USST") today announces its new business direction dedicated to renewable energy, alternative energy, water reclamation, and related fields with the acquisition of Renewable Energy & Water, LLC of Irvine, California (www.renergyandwater.com) ("REW"), in August from Healthcare of Today, Inc. (http://www.healthcareoftoday.com)

REW is a developer and systems integrator of renewable energy projects and water reclamation solutions. The company accommodates customers' needs by using a dynamic combination of technologies and processes including water treatment technologies, anaerobic digestion of waste to create energy and biogas, and fuel cell power plants. The managing member of REW, Cliff Bream, also has been named as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of USST.

Bream is a former senior executive of a Fortune 500 company and a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Bream said of the recent acquisition, "As part of a publicly traded company, REW will be able to help set a standard, providing sustainable and renewable solutions to long-standing problems while delivering strong shareholder value."

The water reclamation process offered by REW allows wastewater from homes and businesses to be cleaned with biological and chemical treatments so the treated water can be returned safely to the environment, improving the local quality of water and reducing pollution. As part of an integrated waste management system, anaerobic digestion reduces the emissions of landfill gas into the atmosphere by producing a methane and carbon dioxide rich biogas that is suitable for energy production, while producing a nutrient-rich digestate that can be used as fertilizer. Fuel cell power plants are able to generate electricity 25% more efficiently than conventional fossil fuel plants, with virtually no air emissions, making them a preferred technology to support large energy consumers, enabling them to obtain independence from utilities and grid-based power, while enjoying long term cost savings.

USST, a majority owned subsidiary of Healthcare of Today, Inc. (www.healthcareoftoday.com), plans to change its corporate name to Renewable Energy and Water as soon as the required regulatory steps have been completed.
