User Forum Facilitates Collaboration Among CygNet Software's Oil and Gas Customers

CygNet's Board of Customer Advisors Creates Sharing and Collaboration Resource for Entire User Community

SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA--(Marketwire - September 28, 2009) - CygNet Software, provider of the leading enterprise operations platform for the oil and gas industry, today announced the launch of the CygNet User Group (CUG) Forum, an online resource for CygNet customers. Created by CygNet's Board of Customer Advisors (BoCA), the CUG Forum is another way customers benefit from CygNet's dedication to meeting the strategic and tactical needs of companies in the dynamic oil and gas industry.

Designed exclusively for CygNet customers, the CUG Forum will provide an environment to promote collaboration by posting questions, tips and tricks, script/screen samples, product ideas, and minutes from the BoCA meetings. CygNet developers along with support and services staff will monitor the forum and post suggestions as well as other content of value to users. CygNet will also track product ideas and other comments as part of CygNet's comprehensive strategy to ensure the company's products and services remain in line with the evolving requirements of its customers.
