Usinage F. R. Inc. Receives Financial Support from Government of Canada


SAINT-ANTONIN, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 15, 2012) - The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, announces that the firm Usinage F. R. Inc. has been awarded financial assistance to acquire more efficient equipment, which will allow it to be more competitive.

"This is yet another example of the Government of Canada's commitment to helping enterprises that, like Usinage F. R. Inc., are making the necessary investments to improve their productivity," said Minister Lebel.

Based in Saint-Antonin, Usinage F. R. Inc. is a machine shop that manufactures, modifies and assembles equipment parts for the manufacturing sector. Its main clients operate in various industries, including transportation and recreational vehicles, food, furniture, medical equipment and industrial equipment manufacturers. The new acquisitions will maximize the firm's production capacity and increase its productivity.
