USPR Announces Engagement of Investment and Consulting Firm

LAKE MARY, FL--(Marketwire - August 26, 2009) - U.S. Precious Metals, Inc. (OTCBB: USPR) ("USPR" or the "Company") announced that it has engaged the services of a well-established international investment and consulting firm in connection with exploring its financial and strategic options relating to the exploration and production of minerals at La Sabila mining concessions. M. Jack Kugler, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board, said that he is optimistic that this engagement will substantially help USPR to access its resources and further develop its business.
