Utilicraft Aerospace Launches Strategic Domestic and International Sales and Marketing Campaign

ALBUQUERQUE, NM -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 28, 2007 -- Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. (OTCBB: UITA) announced today that the company has begun its campaign to solicit pre-production sales and leasing orders for the FF-1080-300ER freight feeder aircraft. Officials at Utilicraft Aerospace are targeting over 50 domestic and international air cargo operators, freight forwarders, and aircraft leasing companies with the intention of providing initial briefings on the aircraft, and to offer fleet planning services, provided at no charge by the Company. "Interest and inquiries for the FF-1080-300ER aircraft have been very favorable," says Scott Jacox, Vice President of Marketing for Utilicraft Aerospace Industries. "We're very excited and optimistic about the opportunity and benefits that the innovative design of the FF-1080 will provide to our prospective customers."

The initial targeted client base consists of international and domestic freight carriers seeking to expand their freight services and revenue bases. Initial discussions have begun with several unsolicited international carriers based in the Middle East, Africa and India. It is in these rapidly expanding Air Cargo Markets that the high speed, high frequency, and high volume required by developing distribution systems will be best accomplished by using the FF-1080-300ER aircraft. It is also in these markets that Utilicraft expects to deliver the majority of its planned production aircraft, primarily because of its low maintenance, container capability, and favorable operating economics.

The Company's direct sales efforts will entail the preparation of the customer's aircraft route/market analysis, and an aircraft operating cost/benefit analysis, in conjunction with the operator's airline planning teams. As customer sales initiatives approach the decision-making stage, the sales effort will focus on the development of sales contracts and aircraft financing support.

Earlier this year, Utilicraft entered into a letter of intent with a St. Louis-based leasing company for 10 aircraft and an option for an additional 15 (see press release dated January 10, 2007).

About Utilicraft Aerospace Industries:

Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. was formed to implement a system solution to the current problem of declining capacity in the short haul (or feeder) route segments of the air cargo and overnight express companies.

The FF-1080-300ER Freight Feeder aircraft is a new air vehicle which is the result of Utilicraft's extensive research and development. The FF-1080-300ER is revolutionary because of its capability to carry standard industry air containers on short-to-medium range/medium density routes combined with the aircraft's integrated air cargo information system for the freight feed market.

The FF-1080-300ER, an all aluminum twin-engine, high-wing, un-pressurized, fixed gear, single pilot capable, turboprop aircraft, specifically designed as a utility air freight transport system. The aircraft satisfies an industry recognized need to cost-effectively feed containerized air cargo to the major hubs of the scheduled passenger carriers and the overnight express airlines.

The aircraft is also designed for short take-off and landing (STOL) capability. This feature makes the FF-1080-300ER the only short-haul, heavy-lift containerized feeder aircraft capable of cost-effectively transporting ten revenue tons over two thousand nautical miles from airfields with less than 3,500 feet of runway, expanding air cargo capacity to many smaller cities and airports worldwide.
