V Group, Inc. Updates Its Shareholders

CARLSBAD, CA--(Marketwired - May 6, 2015) - V Group, Inc. (OTC PINK: VGID), along with the Company's incubation partner, Fernhill Beverage, Inc., is excited to update current shareholders and potential shareholders as to the status of the Fernhill "Spin-Off" as well as other Company business.

The Company has been working diligently with all parties involved to ensure the Fernhill Spin-Off occurs with as few complications as possible. Although the process has been lengthy, the diligence of all parties continue to be welcomed.

The Company is prepared to announce the agreed upon share structure for Fernhill Beverage. Fernhill Beverage will enter the public market with five hundred million shares (500,000,000) authorized. The Company will issue one hundred million (100,000,000) common shares. V Group, Inc. shareholders will be issued thirty million (30,000,000) shares. This represents 30% of the issued shares of Fernhill Beverage.

The Company expects to have the entire process completed with V Group, Inc. shareholders receiving their shares in the next 30 days. The shareholder allocation is based on the V Group, Inc. shareholders of record as of March 31, 2015. The ticker symbol for Fernhill Beverage, as well as the initial share price, has not been determined as of the date of this publication.

Fernhill's primary product, Roadkill vitamin packed kids' drink, is currently being introduced into the market in Southern California. The Company is pleased to state that the response has been better than initially expected. A "success story" is presently being created in the local market which will allow the Company to bring the product to the North East and the South East this year.

On April 15, 2015, V Group, Inc. formally began the operation of V Group Distribution in San Diego County, Ca. V Group Distribution is being operated as a wholly owned subsidiary of V Group, Inc.

With the addition of V Group and Fernhill products, V Group Distribution is already showing growth within its customer base. A 30% growth has already occurred and the Company expects another 30-50% growth this year. V Group Distribution will be adding new brands and more trucks in the market as the year progresses.

V Group, Inc. is also proud to announce that the Company is presently finalizing negotiations with the intention to purchase an existing beverage company. This company has a unique product that complements V Group's flagship A.N.D. perfectly. The beverage will also add to the V Group Distribution portfolio well.

V Group, Inc. is confident that the Company will not only meet its revenue goals for 2015 but the Company feels that the prior goals were far too modest.

V Group, Inc. is delighted to disclose that the updated revenue goals for 2015 are $1,500,000.00 to $2,000,000.00 with approximately $400,000.00 coming from the distribution arm of the Company and the remainder being generated by the beverage arm of the Company.
