VA Seeks Non-Emergent Wheelchair Transportation Services


MOUNTAIN HOME, TN--(Marketwired - May 12, 2017) - The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs on May 12 released a solicitation in which it outlined plans to acquire non-emergent wheelchair transportation services in Mountain Home, Tennessee.

The contractor who receives this contract must be a certified service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) and provide 24-hour, seven day per week non-emergent wheelchair transportation services for beneficiaries of the James H. Quillen Mountain Home VA Medical Center.

The performance period shall be from the date of award through September 30, 2017, with the VA retaining the right to award four optional renewal periods of one year each.

The NAICS Code is 485991, and the Size Standard is $7 million.

The contractor who receives this contract must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have as part of the Registration all current Representations and Certifications.
