ValCom Hits 30 Million Households for MyFamilyTV Programming Through Distribution Agreement With Sky Angel U.S. LLC for KidMango

CLEARWATER, FL--(Marketwire - June 17, 2009) - ValCom, Inc. (OTCBB: VLCO), a leader in media technology, facilities, and production content for television programming and related services, announced today it has an additional 13 million homes for ValCom's MyFamilyTV through a distribution agreement with Sky Angel U.S. LLC for KidMango programming, bringing the homes reached by MyFamilyTV's programming to 30 Million Households. KidMango programs will run on Sky Angel's Angel Two and KTV (Kids & Teens TV), channels which are available in over 13 million homes via Dish Network DBS.

KidMango is a joint venture between ValCom and Porchlight Entertainment. MyFamilyTV's KidMango program block currently features 10 programs and includes animated titles "Jay Jay The Jet Plane," "The Secret World of Benjamin Bear," and "Adventures from The Book of Virtues." KidMango programming will be carried on Angel Two and KTV, available as part of the Sky Angel subscription TV system and the Dish Network satellite system. The KidMango block launched through MyFamilyTV on June 1st with popular viewer response and is currently being distributed to a nationwide network of affiliates.
