ValCom, Inc. Closes Deal With Faith TV; Ready to Launch "My Family TV" Network

CLEARWATER, FL--(Marketwire - December 15, 2008) - "ValCom, Inc." (PINKSHEETS: VLCO) (FRANKFURT: VAM), a leader in media technology, facilities and production content for television programming and related services, is pleased to announce that it has closed the purchase of 100% of Faith TV and is now in position to launch, "My Family TV." The launching of "My Family TV" will add additional revenue to ValCom which will integrate its existing studios, expertise in production, a film and TV library of over 800 titles and other assets, towards plans to double and then triple the network's size in the next 1-2 years by expanding its markets to include New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Washington DC, Houston and Detroit.

Commencing on December 15, 2008, the network is currently transmitting nationwide 24 hours a day in 17 million homes via 65 broadcast stations and Sky Angel IPTV. ValCom is building on the future of IPTV as their research denotes a growing and valued market. Over the next two years, the company will actively be building the network to reach its potential of 50 million homes. "With a short-term financial forecast of the network growing to 4 million full time homes by 1st Quarter, 2009, models in this industry indicate that implementation of programming expansion typically results in doubling viewership and that when households reach 50 million the value will increase to upwards of $100 million," said Vince Vellardita, President & CEO of ValCom.
