ValCom Partners With Music Mogul and Entrepreneur Percy Miller to Launch Powerful New Television Program "Believe It Can Happen"

CLEARWATER, FL--(Marketwire - October 20, 2010) - ValCom, Inc. (OTCBB: VLCO) (FRANKFURT: VAM1) announced today that they are developing a new television program in conjunction with Percy Miller's Better Black TV that will be shot on location in cities across the country that have been dramatically impacted by the economic recession.

"Believe It Can Happen" is a weekly reality program that donates a much-needed home to a deserving family. ValCom's Real Estate division will select homes in cities across the United States that will be renovated for the new owner. The homes selected will be "livable" homes where the family can easily afford the utilities and taxes.

"We've seen television programs in recent years that have provided homes that the families cannot afford to pay the taxes or even the utilities," stated Vince Vellardita, President and CEO of ValCom. "This has a negative effect on the family, the neighborhood and the city. 'Believe It Can Happen' is a program that will be part of the solution in restoring the brotherhood, trust and confidence and having the people believe in themselves and that WE THE PEOPLE can make the change."

Producers will work with local media, non-profit organizations and businesses to coordinate each local home renovation project. "Believe it Can Happen" is an extension of Percy Miller and Vince Vellardita's vision to give back by using the power of television to have a positive impact on society.

Percy Miller (aka Master P) will be the host of the program. The first episodes will be filmed in Detroit which has been seriously impacted by the overall recession and the struggles of the automotive industry. "I come from these types of communities and know the struggles that are faced within and how important it is to have a roof over your head. Knowing they have a home that is theirs will help save these families and give them the building blocks they need to thrive. My commitment and mission in life is to rebuild our country's communities in crises, one family at a time. 'Believe It Can Happen!'" stated Percy Miller.

The show and concept have been well received nationwide by Political and Corporate America and we have commitments from national sponsors. The Show will air in the first quarter of 2011. Please visit www.myfamilytv.tv for more information.
