ValCom and TV Goods Partner for "Cyber-Monday" Special; Designer Merchandise to Be Sold at Incredible Discount Prices

CLEARWATER, FL--(Marketwire - November 16, 2010) - ValCom, Inc. (OTCBB: VLCO) and its My Family TV broadcast network subsidiary announced today that it is working with Kevin Harrington's TV Goods, a subsidiary of H & H Imports, Inc. (OTCBB: HNHI), to produce a three-hour, live, televised event where merchandise from the world's top designers will be sold for 40-80 percent off retail prices.

The special will run on "Cyber Monday," Monday, November 29th, from 8pm-11pm EST. Cyber Monday is the online shopping equivalent of "Black Friday" and has become the biggest online shopping day of the year. This will be the first presentation of the Designer Goods Network and will feature sunglasses, handbags, shoes, accessories, and additional items from brands including Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana and Fendi.

"We're going to end the fourth quarter with a bang," stated Vince Vellardita, President and CEO of ValCom. "We're providing people with access to the world's top designers at 40 to 80 percent off. Viewers of this special are going to have a very happy holiday!"

Kevin Harrington, Chairman of TV Goods stated, "This partnership fits very nicely with TV Goods' strategy to create custom branded affinity channels over TV and internet."

The special will be shot at the TV Goods studio facility in Clearwater, Florida. It will run on ValCom's My Family TV, which reaches over 80 television stations across the country. The special will also be seen on R&R TV (DirecTV Channel 354, plus additional affiliates in Los Angeles, Detroit, and Las Vegas) and Dish Network Channel 266. Agreements are also being finalized to place the special on additional television networks. People can watch the special via one of these television networks or by visiting to watch the video stream.
