Valley High Ventures Appoints Robert Cameron as President and Chief Executive Officer

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 18, 2008) - Valley High Ventures Ltd. ("Valley High") (TSX VENTURE:VHV) is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Cameron to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. In addition, Mr. Cameron will be appointed a director of Valley High.

Mr. Cameron holds an Honours B.Sc. Degree in Geology from Carleton University and has over 27 years of experience in the mining industry. He has recently held the position of Mining Analyst for Research Capital Inc. and prior to that held the position of Vice President and Manager of Exploration for Phelps Dodge Corporation of Canada Limited (a subsidiary of Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold Inc.). Mr. Cameron is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.

Mr. Cameron's career includes all aspects of mining exploration throughout the world including North and South America, Asia and Europe. Of particular value to Valley High is his extensive experience in the vicinity of the Mt Polley area properties where he was a member of the exploration team that discovered and developed the nearby QR Gold mine.

Katherine McDonald, a founder of the company, will step down from her current role as President and CEO and assume a new role as Vice President of Business Development where she will continue to provide guidance on the future growth of the company.

Geoff Chater has stepped down from his role as Vice President of Business Development. In conjunction with these appointments and resignations 425,000 options were issued and 380,000 options were cancelled.
