ValueVision Broadens Management Talent Pool, Adding Three Multichannel Consultants Targeting Specific Areas of Opportunity

(NASDAQ: VVTV), a premium interactive retailer via TV, Internet and mobile operating under the "ShopNBC" brand, announced today the appointment of three multichannel veterans to provide strategic counsel on major information technology, process engineering, merchandising and customer service initiatives. The initiatives are aimed at driving incremental sales and improved operational performance and efficiency within the network's television, call center & customer service, Internet and mobile operations.

  • With over 30 years of senior level IT experience in the interactive retailing industry, Rob Cochran will focus on creating IT processes to enhance the customer experience and provide greater user interface.

  • Leveraging 25 years of logistics and customer operations experience, Nancy Kunkle will provide process-engineering advice aimed at further monetizing customer retention initiatives and streamlining product and content creation.

  • A multichannel veteran of 25 years, Dennis Reustle will focus on commerce and merchandising initiatives tied to a number of incremental revenue streams.

Rob Cochran is an acknowledged leader in the IT management industry with over 30 years of extensive leadership experience. Mr. Cochran spent 20 years at QVC, where he held several senior IT leadership roles, including CIO, where he successfully led teams on a global basis in applications development, technology services, information architecture, network services, operations, and end user services. Mr. Cochran was twice named one of the Top 100 CIO's in the U.S. by CIO Magazine.

Nancy Kunkle has 25 years of management and process-engineering experience in customer-focused initiatives. Ms. Kunkle has an impressive multichannel logistics background, focusing on technology, process and organization improvements as well as customer service and call center operations. She has 16 years of broad-based process management experience at The Boeing Company, serving most recently as Program Manager - Product Support, providing program management for supply chain processes and product development. Ms. Kunkle was with QVC for nearly a decade, having served multiple leadership roles in customer advocacy and call center operations, where she led a number of successful customer-focused, sales growth initiatives.

Dennis Reustle has over 25 years of executive experience in multichannel retailing. Having spent over 20 years at QVC, Mr. Reustle brings in-depth expertise and a track record of accomplishments, having served most recently as SVP New Business Development as well as in a number of leadership positions, including SVP & Director of Commerce at QVC - UK. Mr. Reustle currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Business Department at Eastern University in St. David's, PA.
