Vancouver Scanning Company Now Offers Large Document Reproduction

Vancouver Document Scanners at Micro Com System Ltd. Can Now Reproduce Projects in Excess of 11×17 (Inches)

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - November 09, 2015) - Micro Com Systems, a document scanning service company in Vancouver, is pleased to announce that large format scanning is now available as part of their services. Learn more at:

The announcement was made on the company blog, which proclaims, "life exists beyond letter and legal."

Through large format scanning, Micro Com Systems will now be able to accommodate documents that are in excess of 11×17 inches. This means the ability to accept documents such as engineering plans, building schematics, rollercoaster designs, or even the ever-popular "hang in there" posters, complete with kitten motif.

So how does large scale scanning work? According to the post, "It's as simple as a game of iSpy on the prairies." Large format is handled off press and scanned separately. Preppers leave little markers for ease of navigation, and images are inserted into their rightful place. With their new equipment, Micro Com Systems is poised to meet even more of their clients scanning needs that ever before.

Micro Com Systems began by offering micrographic services throughout the Province of British Columbia. They later expanded to offer digital imaging as well as scan capture equipment and software. Throughout their 40-year history of document imaging, Micro Com Systems has been a trusted partner to many businesses and have even replicated rare and delicate documents, including antique Chinese scrolls and line drawings made by early settlers.

They are proud to have grown to over 50 employees, almost half of whom have been with the company for more than 10 years.
