Vangent Awarded Department of Justice ITSS-4 Contract

Company Will Serve DOJ in Meeting Core IT Needs

ARLINGTON, VA--(Marketwire - March 28, 2011) - Vangent, Inc., a leading global provider of information management and strategic business process solutions, announced today it was awarded a prime contract to provide mission-critical information technology (IT) solutions to the Department of Justice (DOJ). The multiple-award, ID/IQ contract, called Information Technology Support Services (ITSS-4), has a seven-month base period with options for six additional years and a ceiling of up to $1.1 billion.

Awarded by the Justice Management Division of DOJ, the ITSS-4 contract will be used to increase business effectiveness through use and adoption of new technologies and applications, best practices, software and hardware while improving systems and network security.
