About Vanier Woods East

The Vanier Woods East subdivision was named for Georges-Phileas Vanier, a World War I hero, Canadian diplomat, and the former Governor General of Canada. Vanier Woods East is a community inspired by the traditions of the past, such as Mr. Vanier's significant devotion to family and community. It is a modern, pedestrian friendly neighborhood that balances shopping and amenities and park space to bring people together.

Vanier Woods East is the south half of a master-planned community with parks, natural woodlands, a manmade wetland and environmental reserves, all connected by multi-use trails.

Vanier Woods East combines the values of our past with the best of modern conveniences to create the perfect place to build your own traditions.

As a result of new zoning, some narrow lots will allow attached front-facing garages priced under $400,000.
