Vantex Update on Bousquet Lake

LA PRAIRIE, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - June 8, 2015) - The management of Vantex Resources Ltd. (Vantex) (TSX VENTURE:VAX)(FRANKFURT:UD7A)(ALP:VAX) wishes to announce the receipt of the geological compilation report of the Bousquet Property. The Bousquet property is located in the Cadillac mining camp where more than 12M oz of gold was produced within a 10 kilometre radius from the Property.

Location Map: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/1101195_Vantex.pdf

Past exploration work on the property identified 4 gold mineralized areas, all of them located in the Normar Block which makes the southern of the property. The four mineralized areas are the Decoeur, Paquin East and Paquin West gold showing that were worked in the 1932-1945 and the gold mineralization found in the 2003 drill program in the felsic intrusion (called tonalite) within the Cadillac fault zone.

The Decoeur has been followed for 440 m and occurs within the axial plane of a fold. The mineralized zone has a thickness of up to 18 m and is composed of quartz veins and sulphides. A gold resources inventory for the Decoeur showing using a 3.0 g/t Au block cut-off was estimated at 12,245 tonnes at 5.86 g/t Au. This estimate is considered historical data and is not 43-101 compliant and should not be relied upon.

The Paquin showing is divided in two (2) parts: West Paquin and East Paquin. It can be traced for a length in excess of 1,000m. The mineralized zones are composed of quartz, visible gold and sulphides within an Archean sedimentary sequence and vary from a meter to 12 metres in thickness. The gold resource inventory on the Paquin East showing was estimated at 47,209 tonnes at 6.89 g/t Au (Breakwater Resources 1990). This estimate is considered historical data and is not 43-101 compliant and should not be relied upon.

The 2003 drill results identify two new gold discoveries in a felsic intrusive identified as a tonalite located in the Cadillac Fault Zone. The gold appears to be located in quartz veins, veinlets and zones of silicification. Two gold intercepts of 1.42 g/t Au over 1.5 m and 4.74 g/t over 1.5 m were found in the felsic intrusive.

It is postulated that the gold mineralization in the sedimentary rocks is associated with folding and that the mineralization occurs in drag folds or in axial planes of the folds. This mineralization is typical of the mineralization found within the Cadillac-Larder Lake Fault zone. The mineralization in the felsic intrusive is similar to the Osisko Mine (Agnico-Eagle - Yamana) in Malartic and the Goldex Mine (Agnico-Eagle) in Val d'Or. Five drill holes are recommended to test the new geological model for a total budget of 115,000$.

Gilles Laverdière, P.Geo., a qualified person according to the NI 43-101 disclosing standards, is supervising the drilling program and has reviewed and approved the technical content presented herein.
