VARBusiness Selects ScriptLogic Senior Vice President Jim Tedesco as Top Upcoming Channel Executive

Technology Sales Veteran Jim Tedesco Is Recognized by Peers and Colleagues While Working to Expand ScriptLogic's Channel Program

BOCA RATON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 19, 2007 -- ScriptLogic® Corporation (www.scriptlogic.com), a leader in network administration software for Microsoft® Windows®-based networks, today announced that Jim Tedesco, senior vice president of Worldwide Sales, has been named to CMP Media LLC's VARBusiness list of "Top Upcoming Channel Executives," a distinction earned by only 25 executives each year. The "Top Upcoming Channel Executives" list, which appeared in the VARBusiness "Partner Programs Guide," honors those executives who have been recently appointed to a top channel or sales position, bringing with them a strategic vision to the company and a plan to execute that vision.

Tedesco was featured in an article titled "25 Channel Executives to Watch," in the March 19, 2007 issue of VARBusiness that states: "Leadership is never easy, especially when building and sustaining a channel program. Tedesco, who was named ScriptLogic's senior vice president of Worldwide Sales in October 2006, oversees all sales operations, including sales growth strategies and channel development. In January, under Tedesco's direction, ScriptLogic launched a new channel program with various incentives for partners and opened an office in Tampa, Fla. to host a sales center with employees dedicated to end user demand generation for those partners.

Leveraging channel sales, direct sales and telesales models, the CIC became the nucleus of CA's sales strategy in North America. Before joining CA, Tedesco founded Cambridge Systems, a consulting firm which specialized in network management and provided custom computer software solutions.
