Vectren Announces Dividend Increase


EVANSVILLE, IN--(Marketwire - October 29, 2009) - Vectren Corporation (NYSE: VVC) announced the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly common stock dividend of 34 cents per share, a 1/2 cent increase over the previous quarter. The dividend will be payable December 1, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 13, 2009.
