LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - March 10, 2011) - Everyone's a little Irish on St. Patrick's Day, so there's no excuse not to raise a pint and celebrate at some of the hottest Las Vegas nightclubs and Las Vegas restaurants. Experts at VEGAS.com have conjured up a list of the best places to reconnect visitors with their Irish roots or be an honorary Irishman for the day. Shamrocks and leprechauns will paint the city as Las Vegas is the paramount place to commemorate the rich heritage of Ireland and toast to the holiday. Celebratory venues for St. Patrick's Day in Las Vegas include:

Rí Rá Las Vegas will bring an authentic Irish atmosphere to the Strip when it opens inside The Shoppes at Mandalay Place on St. Patrick's Day. The bar features an 8-foot-tall, 500-pound carved plaster statue of St. Patrick dating back to 1850. Crafted in the warm pub style of 19th century Ireland, Rí Rá Las Vegas will feature authentic artifacts carefully restored in Wicklow, Ireland. The bar will be topped off with an original etched cut glass window dating back to 1900 from Mick Collins pub in Wicklow. A salvaged Georgian archway will lead from the front bar into a whiskey bar featuring an original glazed jewelry cabinet from 1900, restored mahogany paneling from a bank and an oak floor from a whiskey distillery.

McFadden's Restaurant and Saloon at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino will host a St. Patrick's Day bash including green drink specials, traditional food, a build-your-own green bikini contest and plenty of Irish fun. Kicking off the celebration at 7 a.m., McFadden's will host all-you-can-eat-and-drink Kegs and Eggs until 11 a.m. for only $20, and the first 21 guests to show up will receive a free beer to shotgun in the "21 Shotgun Salute." A traditional Irish breakfast will be served all day and night for only $10. Next, the Mid-Day Mind Eraser Open Bar will be held from 2-4 p.m. for $20. The McFadden's Desert Skye Pipes and Drums band will perform live along with Irish dance performances. Resident DJ Ted will spin throughout the day and night. Drink specials will include $4 green beers, $6 Irish Car Bombs, $5 green injection shots and $3 green beer bongs.

Nine Fine Irishmen welcomes the return of Celtic Feis to New York-New York featuring a full day of Irish entertainment, music and green beer. The party kicks off with an Irish parade as a colorful cast of St. Patty's Day bag pipers wind their way through the casino at 11 a.m. Festivities continue at the Brooklyn Bridge and Nine Fine Irishmen with live music from some of Las Vegas' favorite Irish bands. Guests can enjoy traditional Irish fare as well as cocktail specials.

McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurant will be hosting its 12th annual St. Paddy's Day party. There will be special Irish-themed menu items including corned beef and cabbage, corned beef sandwiches, lamb stew, Guinness shrimp and corned beef sliders. The restaurant will also be offering Irish drink specials all evening, featuring pints of green beer, plus Guinness, Jameson and Baileys specials. To get in the spirit of the holiday, the restaurant will again feature "Kiss a Stranger at McCormick and Schmick's," where patrons collect "I got kissed at M&S" stickers each time they kiss a fellow patron. Guests have a chance to win a variety of prizes, including gift certificates and promotional items.

PBR Rock Bar & Grill at Planet Hollywood will be celebrating in true Irish fashion on March 17. Bartenders will be serving up a variety of traditional drink favorites including green beer, green margaritas and green daiquiris. Specialty drinks will be sold in either 80-ounce Green Guitars for $35, 100-ounce Super Yards for $38 or the 64-ounce Green Super Beer for $24. Other drink specials for the evening will include $5 draft beer, two-for-one Bud Light commemorative bottles and specials on Irish Car Bombs.

RHUMBAR at the Mirage will host a St. Patrick's Day party combined with round one of March Madness. Games will be playing on all of RHUMBAR's big screens and the green beer and Irish car bombs will be flowing. Party-goers will enjoy $8 burritos made of green eggs and ham and $5 16-ounce cans of Miller Light. For only 10 bucks, patrons can get the green beer and burrito combo deluxe. $30 gets guests six Miller Lights and a souvenir cooler.
