Vencor International, Inc.'s Subsidiary GreenEcco Added GreenMaxProject as One of Its Profiled Companies

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - February 24, 2010) -  GreenEcco, a Subsidiary of Vencor International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VCOR), today announced it has added the GreenMaxProject (greenmaxproject.com) profile to our network in the merchant services category. GreenMaxProject, an innovative credit card processing company, creates the opportunity for companies and organizations to donate 10% of profit to eco-friendly projects of the merchant's choice.

GreenEcco and GreenMaxProject have entered into a referral agreement that gives GreenEcco a 50% referral fee and commission on all transactions set up by the GreenEcco network. The GreenMaxProject mission is to build partnerships through merchant accounts in order to contribute proceeds to eco-friendly programs that open exciting synergies and opportunities for GreenEcco and its over 150 profiled company subscribers.

GreenEcco is networking its profiled companies with GreenMaxProject opening significant opportunities for ongoing referral commission revenue.
