  • Streamlined Communication Between Organizations and Their Vendors - ProcessUnity's new Vendor Portal provides context-filtered content that makes it easy to complete periodic self-assessments for third-party risk management. Multiple vendor contacts can collaborate on a questionnaire before a primary contact reviews and submits a final version. New import/export capabilities allow vendors to download a self-assessment, complete it in spreadsheet format and then upload the final version to the Vendor Portal. The Vendor Portal also facilitates issue remediation between an organization and its vendors; provides a mechanism for document requests; and allows vendors to view previously completed assessments.

  • Advanced Data Access for External Query and Reporting Tools - The Analytics Database add-on enables organizations to incorporate ProcessUnity risk and compliance data into external report writers and analytics tools. A simple check-box setting on a report makes that data accessible in a cloud-based relational database instantly or on a scheduled basis. ProcessUnity automatically generates connection parameters for data access.

  • Personal Dashboard Propagation - With the Fall 2015 Release, ProcessUnity administrators can create custom dashboards and distribute them to select users, roles or teams.

  • Change Log Enhancements & Expanded History Tracking - Audit trail capabilities have been enhanced to allow administrators to choose up to 20 properties to track per system object. New change log filters make it easier to determine what properties were changed, by whom and when. History tracking allows organizations to report on system changes on a weekly or monthly basis.
