Vengroff, Williams & Associates Continues European Growth With Second Paris Office Opening

VWA and Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment Extend Outsourcing Engagement

GARDEN GROVE, CA--(Marketwire - August 29, 2007) - Vengroff, Williams & Associates (VWA), a leading provider of receivable management and business process outsourcing solutions with more than 3000 worldwide customers, today announced continued growth in Europe as a second office in Paris, France recently opened, resulting in doubled headcount in France.

VWA and Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment (Fox) add to their growing portfolio and outsourcing relationship by opening a fourth European location office. This partnership will broaden VWA's portfolio as they will manage the joint venture in France of Fox, Pathe and Europa Corp (FPE). VWA has provided Fox with credit, risk and deduction management services for 3 years. Whilst an outsource contract, VWA has agreed a lease to enable its staff to work in the FPE building located close to the Champs-Elysees in Central Paris.

"Our brand in Europe continues to develop, and we as an outsource provider will continue to work with our clients in order to offer them the best possible solution to meet their needs," said Nick Head, VWA's Senior Director. "VWA's position as a niche player enables us to offer the ultimate flexibility that our clients require rather than a one fit all model."

"Order to cash (O2C) is by far the largest segment within finance and accounting BPO, with activity dominated to a great extent by accounts receivable and collections services," said Rachael Stormonth, Vice President of Nelson Hall. "Nelson Hall research shows that the market for accounts receivable and collections services has traditionally been populated by smaller regional firms. However, the service provider landscape is now changing with major firms such as Vengroff Williams and Associates developing a global presence to serve their international clients."

"We are delighted that Fox has chosen to partner with VWA in France," said John Coyle, VWA's Director of Client Services for Fox Europe. "This is testament to the success in reducing overdues and delivering state of the art technology solutions in the other territories that we operate for Fox."
