Verde Media Group, Inc. Announces Significant Exposure for Agency Client, Vermont Peanut Butter Company

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 27, 2013) - Verde Media Group Inc. (PINKSHEETS: VMGI) has announced its agency division client, Vermont Peanut Butter Company will be featured in an article in the first issue of the new Allrecipes Magazine released this month.

Allrecipes Magazine was born from the success of its originating website, Allrecipes.com -- America's largest community of home cooks that share, rate and download recipes. Allrecipes.com has more than 20 million annual visitors and more than 2 million members.

Meredith Publishing will be publishing and distributing the new magazine. Meredith publications has a total distribution of 25,700,000 subscriptions with a total audience of 118,000,000. The median household income of a subscriber to Meredith publications is $62,563. To advertise the release of the first issue of Allrecipes Magazine, a "special edition booklet" sneak peak of the magazine will be distributed with the following publications: Better Homes and Gardens, Ladies' Home Journal, Family Circle, Every Day with Rachael Ray, Family Fun, More, Midwest Living, Eating Well, Parents, Fitness, and Traditional Home.

Vermont Peanut Butter Company Inc. and its founder, Chris Kaiser will be featured in the inaugural issue in a 3-4 page focus article. VTPB is a premium nut butter brand with a good old fashioned, grass roots feel. The company manufactures all of its products locally in Morrisville, Vermont. VTPB bases its business model on a commitment to sustainable growth and a healthy populace -- an important stance as it poises itself for significant growth in the health and energy food markets.

Verde Media Group signed VTPB as its first client for its fledgling agency division, recently signing its second, FBC Holding Inc. VMGI believes its client will see significant exposure through this editorial coverage and a related increase in attention and sales. VTPB's new product line of single-serve peanut butter energy "pack-its" will also be mentioned -- serving as significant exposure on the eve of their release regionally and nationally.

Vice President of Verde Media and head of its Agency Division Adam DesLauriers stated, "This is really just the beginning for our client, Vermont Peanut Butter Company. It's a product we all believe in and we're sure it will generate its own momentum moving forward. This is just an initial shove."
