Verecloud Continues to Build World-Class Team With the Appointment of Industry Veteran Will Sumners as Vice President of Sales

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - Oct 4, 2011) - Verecloud, Inc. (OTCBB: VCLD), innovators in the emerging cloud computing services business, today announced that it has appointed technology sales industry veteran Will Sumners as Vice President of Sales.

Will has been successful in a variety of industries, including IT, banking, entrepreneurship, corporate operations, product security and sales. Will started his career in the banking industry at United Bank of Denver, now Wells Fargo. He then became CFO and COO for a $100 Million HP distributor, Integration Alliance, which was ultimately purchased by General Electric. Following this acquisition, Will became a vice president of GE Access, a subsidiary of General Electric, where he ran a $350 million domestic business unit focused on channel sales of mainstream storage, networking and security vendors.

Will holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BA in Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado. He is a graduate of an executive marketing program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business.
