Verity Corp Announces Promotion of Jim White to CEO

SIOUX FALLS, SD--(Marketwired - August 19, 2014) - Verity Corp (OTCQB: VRTY) (http://www.veritycorp.com), an agricultural services company offering food producers innovative products and services which improve soil and crop health through the use of environmentally friendly crop inputs including proprietary soil media, essential trace elements and non-GMO seeds, announces the appointment of Jim White as President & Chief Executive Officer of Verity Corp. Mr. White previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. White replaces Richard Kamolvathin who resigned to pursue other interests.

Mr. White brings to Verity over twenty years of experience in product development, sales & marketing and executive management with premium branded companies; such as Deere & Company, Brunswick, Outboard Marine, and McCulloch Corporation.
