Verrus™ Mobile Technologies Inc.: Seattle Businesses Can Reduce Parking Tickets for Employees on the Go

New Pay by Phone Parking Business Accounts Launch in City

SEATTLE, WASHIGNTON--(Marketwire - June 11, 2008) - Verrus™ Mobile Technologies Inc., a leader and innovator in the mobile payment technology sector, announced today free business accounts for its popular pay by phone parking service. The service is currently available at approximately 300 parking lots in the region. Organizations with fleets of vehicles or mobile employees on the go can now benefit from the cost savings and convenience tens of thousands of Seattle drivers have already experienced the past seven years the service has been available at city lots.

"Verrus is reliable, user-friendly, and very convenient for our business needs," stated Jaki Ferenz, Regional Vice President, Avalon Risk Management. "For us in particular, we have temporary workers that I would rather have bill their work-related parking fees to our business credit card instead of paying themselves and submitting expense forms later for reimbursement."

"Verrus' pay by phone business accounts are very beneficial and long overdue. It's easier for us to record and keep track of parking expenses. And if you go into a meeting and it takes longer than expected, you can extend the parking time remotely from your phone instead of having to run down a couple of blocks," said frequent user Peter Haggarty, President, ROMD Marketing & Design.

Verrus pay by phone business accounts are FREE to set up at www.paybyphone.com and allow multiple users and vehicles to bill to one central account. This specifically helps businesses:

- Limit parking violations through automatic text message reminders several minutes before parking time is almost up and the ability to extend time remotely from any phone - perfect for those appointments that run longer than expected.

- Consolidate parking expenses across all relevant vehicles and employees reducing accounting overhead. This includes the ability to look up all transactions on the account in real-time once logged in at the Verrus Web site.

- Centrally control employee parking through a central administrator of the account who controls which users and vehicles are allowed on the Verrus account.

- Improve life on the road for employees by offering them the most convenient and safe way to pay for parking.

For employees to use the business account once added by the account administrator, they simply park, call into the Verrus number listed on the pay by phone sign or meter decal on the parking lot, enter the Verrus location number also on the signage, and enter the total time to park for. Then with approximately 5 minutes left in the parking session, the Verrus system will automatically send a text message to the employee reminding him that time is about to expire. From here, the user can call back into the system to extend his parking time or return to his car.

For Verrus users already with a personal account, the system will automatically detect that the user belongs to two accounts and will provide the option to choose which account to charge that current parking session to.

"Seattle is an important market for us since it was our first U.S. city to deploy our pay by phone parking service back in 2001. It's also where we introduced our "OrderUp" mobile phone food and beverage ordering system at Safeco Field in the Summer of 2005," said David Spittel, Executive Vice President, Verrus. "With our business account option, we've seen companies in other cities save money while simplifying employee parking overall so we're thrilled to now bring this to Seattle organizations."

Availability

The Verrus Pay by Phone Parking service - both for individuals and businesses - is available at approximately 300 parking lots around Seattle with partners Republic Parking Northwest, Diamond Parking, United Parking, and Imperial Parking.
