Acquisition Diversifies Portfolio With Addition of IT Infrastructure Audit and Compliance Reporting Solution Provider

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - September 12, 2008) - Versata Enterprises, Inc. (Versata), a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, announced today the acquisition of Portsmouth, New Hampshire-based Ecora Software Corp. (Ecora), a leading provider of automated configuration auditing and compliance reporting solutions. Versata, based in Austin, Texas, will operate Ecora as a stand-alone entity with a distinct customer service and product team. Ecora joins Versata's portfolio of enterprise software companies, acquired and integrated over the past two years. Versata's focus on successful customer relationships, coupled with prudent investment to improve and extend existing products, ensures an experienced team leads the Ecora integration.
