Acquisition Diversifies Portfolio With Addition of IT Infrastructure Audit and Compliance Reporting Solution Provider

(Ecora), a leading provider of automated configuration auditing and compliance reporting solutions. Versata, based in Austin, Texas, will operate Ecora as a stand-alone entity with a distinct customer service and product team. Ecora joins Versata's portfolio of enterprise software companies, acquired and integrated over the past two years.
