Ones and Zeros, Inc. to Provide Powerful Technology Resources for VA's Young Growing Subsidiaries

SAN CLEMENTE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 29, 2006 -- Vertical Acceleration, Inc. (VA), a business 'Accelerator' for the technology and related industries, has announced the closing of its second acquisition, completed October 1st 2006. VA acquired Ones and Zeros, Inc. (, a technology design services company specializing in the development of intelligent, network-enabled products and transportation control systems for consumer electronics, avionics, aerospace, medical, military, and the automotive industries.

The synergies between acquisitions further accelerate revenue and returns, opening the company up to new markets. "Through Ones and Zeros, VA acquired hi-tech development and design capabilities to complement its manufacturing, fulfillment and distribution channels; this acquisition brings VA's technology platform near completion," states Dan Cwieka, CEO of Vertical Acceleration.
